Most Kenyan solar systems disappoint because installers undersize panels relative to battery capacity to win on price. Customers blame the battery; the real problem is the panel. We engineer around three sizing rules — and we will show you the numbers for your specific install.
Honest irradiance
We design at 4.5 peak sun hours per day — the worst-case rainy season for Nairobi and Mwingi, not the marketing-brochure best case.
Real-world derating
Panel output is multiplied by 0.75 to account for temperature, wiring losses, inverter efficiency, and dust — the numbers you actually get on a roof in Kenya.

Yes. Sized for a typical 2- to 3-bedroom home drawing about 4 kWh per day — fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, fans, and 10+ lights running comfortably day and night.
How is the system sized?
Four 550 W panels produce 7.43 kWh per day in worst-case conditions (4.5 peak sun hours × 0.75 derate), refilling the 5 kWh Neura Pod in 1.2 days even after a deep discharge.
How long does installation take?
Premium install, typically one day. We do a clean finish with weatherproof cable management and a walkthrough at handover.
Does Precifarm offer a monthly payment plan?
Not for Family. Precifarm Family is sold cash-only at KSh 373,000. If you want to spread the cost, you can arrange financing privately with a partner bank — Equity Equiloan, Eazzy Loan, KCB unsecured personal loan, Co-op Bank, or a SACCO loan. Yes. The Neura Pod is expandable — additional 5 kWh modules can be stacked as your needs grow.
